Welcome to LegacyEnvEd.org. The LegacyEnvEd.org website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Legacy, Inc. (“Legacy”). The purpose of this website is convey information about Legacy activities and events and to offer individuals the opportunity to request our free educational materials.

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Legacy from our offices within the USA. Termination/access restriction
Legacy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related
services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by
law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and you hereby consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Alabama in all disputes arising out of or relating to the
use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all
provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between
you and Legacy as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Legacy’s performance of this
agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is
in derogation of Legacy’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests
or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Legacy
with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable
pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability
limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded
by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and
the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user
and Legacy with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Legacy
with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic
form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this
agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and
records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties
that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Legacy, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Legacy collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
Online Materials Request
In using this feature, a user will input personal information. This information is used to ship materials and contact users about other Legacy activities and events and may be used to solicit donations. We will only use it when necessary. You will also have the option at that time to join our email mailing list. It is optional for users to provide additional personal information.

We work with PayPal’s secure site to collect credit card payments for membership, activity registration payment, and for materials shipping. It is also important to note, confidentiality clauses are included in all agreements with other entities and independent consultants who provide services to us or make products and services available to you. Under such an agreement, these service providers may receive information about you, but they may only use it for the limited purpose of advancing the mission of Legacy and they are restricted from using this information for any other purpose.

We send our email newsletter to those users who have signed up to be on our mailing list. Every email from Legacy contains an option for the user to unsubscribe.
